In the late 1970s, a young girl named Little Moon embarked on a transformative journey from Vietnam to France. After two decades of professional experience in France, she and her husband returned to her homeland, eager to explore the beauty beyond her village. This exploration of the Vietnamese countryside ignited a vision: to establish a fair trade model that highlights the exquisite craftsmanship of Vietnamese artisans. Thus, bibol was born—a brand dedicated to eco-friendly bamboo products that celebrate traditional artistry.

From the age of 8, Little Moon worked in the fields and witnessed the challenges faced by children and their communities. This early exposure fueled her passion for creating change. Since 2007, bibol has pioneered ethical bamboo bowl production, guaranteeing fair wages for artisans while embracing eco-friendly practices that eliminate solvents and significantly reduce CO2 emissions. In recognition of their commitment to social responsibility, bibol was awarded a certificate in 2018 by the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam for its efforts in child protection.
