Returns / Exchanges: as a Tier 1 Wholesales Dealer (A1) we will allow returns only within 30 days of purchase and upon receipt of RMA number prior to returning. Customers are responsible for shipping of RMA product back to Wilmax warehouse and to notify us of the return being shipped (Trucking company or Carrier information is required). Regularly stocked items will be accepted for return within 30 days of original item shipment only with prior written RMA from Wilmax and must be returned at customer’s expense. Only merchandise in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging including all stickers and boxes will be processed for return. Product may be returned only by the original dealer making the purchase. Wilmax USA May at its own discretion institute a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original merchandise value. Special order items may not be returned for any reason at any time after it has shipped from the factory. Any special order cancellations must be made in writing including original sales order and must be received by order processing department before the product ships from the factory. Custom printed items may not be returned for any reason at any time after it has shipped from the printer. Any custom printed items cancellations must be made in writing including original sales order and must be received by the order processing department before the product ships to the printer. RMA product MAY NOT be returned with regular weekly delivery where applicable unless prior arrangements have been made. Any product returned without RMA or on a weekly delivery will be charged back to the customer. Wilmax will inspect the product upon receipt and credits will be used on sellable merchandise in original packaging ONLY. No product may be returned without original packaging for any reason at any time.
